
Pro Kabaddi League 2018: Team Squad and Player’s List: The sixth season of the famous Pro Kabaddi 2018 schedule is about to begin and Kabaddi fans all over the country and abroad are excited with the anticipation. Kabaddi, as we all know, is India’s gift to the world. This game is as much rough as it is entertaining.
The upcoming season of the Pro Kabaddi League is going to be even grander than its previous edition and it will bring in more glamour and more cash. The sixth season will be kicking off on October 5, 2018, and it will go as long as for 13 weeks. The Pro Kabaddi 2018 schedule has been released and you can check it out down below.
Earlier, the Pro Kabaddi League auctions were held on 30th and 31st May in Mumbai. Over 200 players including 58 foreigners were put under the auction hammer where 12 franchises emptied their pockets to bag their favourite players. The auctions were on fire this year. 12 franchises spend more than 45 Crores to buy 181 players.
(PKL) Pro Kabaddi League 2018 Teams
Pro Kabaddi 2018 shcedule has been released. Last season was extremely good for the Pro Kabaddi league as they expanded team counts from 8 to 12. The Pro Kabaddi League also saw many revelations like crore worthy players. Yes, for the very first time players were bid for over Rs. 1 Crore. Six players including 5 Indians and 1 Iranian were purchased for over Rs 1 Crore.
The most expensive player in the 2018 Pro Kabaddi auctions was Monu Goyat. Haryana Steelers acquired his services for a whopping amount of Rs 1.51 Crores. Rahul Chaudhari was retained by the Telugu Titans for Rs 1.29 Crore via FBM.
Deepak Hooda and Nitin Tomar were both purchased for Rs 1.15 Crore by Jaipur Pink Panthers and Puneri Paltans respectively. The Iranian Fazel Atrachali is the costliest foreign purchase for an amount of Rs 1 Crore.
